English Conversation Classes
An opportunity to practice English and have discussions on simple daily issues with English speakers who will help you with vocabulary and simple grammar. Classes meet every Wednesday for a 9 week term. Gain confidence speaking English and make new friends with other students and teachers from different countries and cultures!
Day & Time: Wednesday morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Start Date: January 17th, 2024
End Date: March 13th, 2024
Each week begins with tea and coffee at 10am. The classes start around 10.20 and run until 11.30am. They cover general subjects from daily life. When the classes end there is an optional Bible reading time from 11.30-12.00 for those who are interested in reading the Bible and discuss what it means. It is a time to learn about Christianity and questions are welcome.
There is a fee of $20 for the term, or $5 per week.
Students must speak a little English to be able to participate in the class.
