The journey begins! Come on board and take a journey through the Mediterranean sea... without leaving the neighbourhood! On our Journey we will do crafts, play games, sing songs and hear great adventure stories from the Bible. Sign up today for this adventure of a lifetime!

Registration Information
Registration fee: $35
Early Bird Registration Fee (register & pay before June 30): $25
Family Rate (for families with more than two children): $50 (new family rate as of August 1)
One registration form for each child must still be completed. Only eligible for siblings of the same family; not eligible for cousins, extended family or friends of the family.
Payment: Please make cheques payable to University Chapel, and write the name of your child(ren) in the note field of the cheque. Cheques can be dropped off or mailed to:

Important Information for Parents
- Please make sure your children wear sunscreen as some of the program will take place outside.
- Kids will not need to have a backpack or cell phone with them at Summer Day Camp. Kids should refrain from bringing these items to prevent them being misplaced or stolen. If you need to contact the camp, please call 604-222-0800.
- A free Summer Day Camp t-shirt will be given to every child.
- Mark your calendars! Summer Day Camp will have two Final Performances, and parents are invited! Come see what your kids have learned at camp!

-- Sunday August 21, 10am (the kids will perform some of their favourite songs during University Chapel's Sunday Morning Worship Service)

Volunteer applicants under the age of 19, must submit a Parental Consent Form. Forms can be mailed to Tabea Dauth, University Chapel, 5375 University Blvd, Vancouver, BC, V6K 4V1. If you would like to fax your form, please call 604-222-0800.
All volunteers must have a Criminal Record Check on file with University Chapel. If you do not have one, please click here to complete one on-line. Cost is $25.

Attendance at Training Sessions #1 and #2 is mandatory.
