Junior Youth (Grades 5-7)

Our Junior Youth group is for young teens between grades five and seven. We're looking for excited young people to join us on Sundays and Fridays! So if you like hanging out, group games, movies, talking, eating dinner, pool, table tennis and want to get to know God more, then this is the place to be!

Friday Night Socials

Friday 5.00pm-7.00pm. Dinner included, as well as super fun games, great friends, music, small group time and more!

Sunday Junior Youth- A trip through the Old Testament

The Old Testament is that strange book at the beginning of the Bible, full of weird stories and old men, right? WRONG! The Old Testament is the greatest prologue to the most amazing story in human history. We'll be taking a look at each book, each week, so you can get a better understanding of what the Old Testament teaches us and how it is so important! Exciting? Yes! Adventurous? You betchya! Come well prepared for a roller coaster ride....

Imagine coming to Church every Sunday to sing with your friends, and have your very own Bible study to learn about God and how He asks us to live. Well, this happens here every Sunday! Our group loves to come together to discuss important issues such as Unity, Maturity, Prayer, Worship and all kinds of other cool stuff. The teachers love to be creative, so every Sunday is different! Junior Youth meet in one of the West Side Christian School classrooms.

Summer events!

WEDNESDAY 4th AUGUST: Girls only trip to Bonita Arts pottery painting studio. A lot of fun!

Meet us at University Chapel, 12.30pm to catch the #4 bus together. We'll spend the afternoon eating pizza and painting pottery!! Cost is anywhere between $10-30 for an item such as a mug, ornament, plate, cross and more!! Cost does include paint and firing, but not tax.
