Leadership team

University Chapel's Leadership Team serve as the spiritual directors and primary decision makers in the church. The Leadership Team consists of six to eight members of the congregation and the two pastoral staff. Congregational Team Members are appointed to serve three year terms, with two or three members rotating off and two or three joining the team each year. The members of the Leadership Team are joined and supported by the Reference Elders who are called to provide resources, guidance, prayer support, and wisdom, particularly during times of change or challenge.
